God is good always. According to Ethiopian calendar from September to November is three month. That is quarter of the year in these past three months By the power of God I have done the following.

1. Tiya area church leaders training on the topic called mentoring in other word we call it “passing it on” was given to 68 church leaders for three full days. This lessen includes the following five points.  leaders, Minister if they need a changed life or Christ like life In their   church member they have to have  value shift from
   1. Building personal kingdom in God’s house (ministry) needs to shift to building God’s kingdom.
   2.  From legalism or license to grace.
   3. From leader of power to servant leadership
   4. From Isolation to team Leadership
   5. From accidental addition of leaders to intentional multiplication.

This was their topic we covered with leaders based on the word of God. This training was given not only in Tiya also.

a.     Tiya October 11- 13  for  for 68 Leaders

b.     Holota  October 21 -23  for 35  Leaders

c.     Shashogo  Nov.18 -20  for 74 Leaders

d.     Yergachefe  December  1-3  for 80 leaders

 

2. Outreach Training (Bridges)

The other is out reach training which was given To

1. Shashogo area November 15 -17, 2010
2. Addis Ababa November 11-13, 2010
3. Kuriftu far east evangelists October 27 -29, 2010

 

3. EOC leaders Training  in the past three month I involved in giving training for 94 EOC minister on biblical knowledge and responsibility of a minister.

 

4. Preaching’s

In the past three month I preached from 12 Sunday 9 of  them in different church.

 

The respond of the Training

The church leaders after I gave the training and wash their feet everyone is crying and confessing. They wrote to me that they have done God’s work as

a.     They like not what God like

b.     They used it to get authority and benefit from that, so they decided to change this direction to be servant  leaders

c.     They were thinking that leadership is as a position above the other but they understood now the church leadership is upside- down serving others.

d.     They say that they understood In the past serving is to be on position but now from the training they understood that serving is benefiting others.

e.     They decided on themselves to shift from where they are now and what they are doing to where God wants them and to do what God wants them to do.

This year is hard working time but God’s grace was with me.

Cycles distribution

The new direction International gave me  10 cycles for missionaries who are working in a Hot climate area. So I distributed that to the following area

1.      Mission school(EKSM) for those who are serving as practice for one year in borna and alaba area KHC.

2.       For wolega Keremu KHC 

3.      For Yabelo area KHC

23 missionaries who are working With KHC churches and other received financial support from Korean church for the past one year. From the 23 missionaries 14 of them were from KHC . as followes

These missionaries were supported by Korean church our SIM office has done coordination work for the open door God gave to the church.

One American family was supporting 3 Evangelists who are working in borena area. The supporting money was coming through one of SIM missionary (Denes ) when she left the area our office to action and communicated with the supporters and they send chaqu to KHC through our office and we give to KHC and send receipts to the donors. This is also the other work we coordinate in our SIM office.

I have done the following works also with the Kale Heywet churches             

1.      I found support for wolenchity Kale Heywet church renovation of the building 15,000 Birr.

2.      Bero KHc School to be used by the area needy family the school needs to be free of charge. So they got Budget for the teacher’s salary for three teachers 3000 monthly.

3.      Maki Kale Heywet    poor family received support for one time.

4.      Ambo kale heywet church received fund for building KG in the church Compound . 

5.      Three poor family in 12 KHC Churches totally 36 families revived support for one year.     

 

Our SIM office has done all coordination work the churches recived the money directly from the supporter.

Testimony

When I visit a church   I mat a woman who is crying for her son who is suffering from mental sickness. We prayed and for him a friend from Korea gave her money to take the boy to hospital. I gave the responsibility to the church with the money. The church took the boy to hospital and now he is held praise be to the Lord.
