Dear Friends,

A very Happy New Year to all of you who have been our faithful prayer partners and supporters in the Gospel.

There were no problems this year, no injuries and no fights!  All the teams did well and we praise the Lord for that.  The village of South Horr was at a stand still for the whole week as people came from all walks of life to watch the players play.  It was a busy time.  We shared the Gospel to more than 2000 people.  The seeds were planted and we know God was and is working in people’s hearts.  We had many more people to feed besides the players.  In all, we fed 600 people each day.  We thanked God that we had food from NDI and FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN.

I knew that many in America had plenty of food during the festive Christmas season, but many of the people we are reaching will not have even a plate on their tables. We cooked meals for those who could not afford to have anything on Christmas Day.  I hope we will all remember to pray for others as we celebrate our special occasions throughout the year.  Our joy is that God has placed us here so that we can be a channel of blessing to these needy people.
